Checks before dispatch
Cameras are checked before dispatch.
If a problem occurs
Please contact us before sending a camera back: describe the problem and, if possible, attach a photo or a video of the image. This helps us find the cause faster.
Camera focus
A blurred image does not always mean a defect. On FPV cameras, focus can often be adjusted by turning the lens, so check the focus setting first. If the problem remains, contact us and we will review the camera as a possible defect.

Confirmed defect and replacement
If a manufacturing or structural defect is confirmed (for example, a required structural thread is missing), we will replace the camera. We cover the shipping costs in the case of a confirmed defect.
Warranty period
This page does not state a separate commercial FPV Vision warranty period. The support we provide for defects is described above. The rights of individual consumers remain in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law.
Returning goods of proper quality
An individual consumer may exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 days, where this applies to the specific purchase (taking distance-selling rules into account). The conditions are:
- the item has not been used;
- its appearance and consumer properties are preserved;
- the contents are complete, with any seals and tags intact;
- there is proof of purchase.
A working camera that has been used cannot be returned simply because it was not liked. Please contact us before sending a return so we can agree the procedure. Refunds are made in accordance with applicable law.
Orders for companies and military units
For companies, organizations and military units, return and replacement terms are set by the contract and applicable law. The 14-day rule for individual consumers does not automatically apply to such orders.
