This policy explains in plain language what data the website collects fpv-vision.com.ua, why it is needed, who it is shared with and how you can request its deletion. We collect only what is necessary to respond to your enquiry.

01Who Handles Your Data

The person responsible for personal data processing in connection with the FPV Vision store is FOP (Ukrainian individual entrepreneur) Shyta Tetiana Volodymyrivna (RNOKPP 3167509700), the seller and payment recipient.

02What Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you complete the “Get a quote for your order” form, you must provide your name and a contact for the selected contact method. The contact is checked against the selected method (Telegram, phone or WhatsApp). The form may also send:

• the camera model, customer type, quantity and preferred contact time, if provided;
• your comment or task description, if provided;
• the selected contact method and corresponding contact details.

The model, customer type, quantity, contact time and comment are optional.

Information Collected Automatically

• the page address and title from which the enquiry was submitted;
• the referring page;
• campaign parameters in the link: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, as well as fbclid, gclid, ttclid and msclkid;
• technical data the browser sends to websites: IP address, browser and device type, language and request time.

Campaign parameters show which advertisement brought you to the site. This helps us understand which ads work and which waste budget.

03Why We Use This Information

• Respond to an enquiry - contact you, help select a model, provide pricing and availability, and process an order.
• Fulfil an order - coordinate shipping and payment and, if needed, replacement of a defective camera.
• Evaluate advertising and the website - anonymized visit statistics and the sources of enquiries.

The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form, as well as our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and conducting business. Processing is carried out under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”

04Who Receives the Data

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their marketing. Data is processed only by services required for the website to operate:

05Cookies and Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics 4 for analytics, and Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to send interaction events and measure ad campaigns. Tags load through Google Tag Manager. Website events are sent through dataLayer.

To retain UTM tags, gclid, fbclid, ttclid and msclkid during a single visit the website uses sessionStorage in your browser. These values may be added to an enquiry to identify its source and disappear when the tab session ends.

Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel may use their own cookies or storage technologies as part of their services. You can at any time:

• disable cookies in your browser settings;
• turn off personalized Google advertising - adssettings.google.com;
• adjust Meta ad preferences in your account settings.

Declining cookies does not prevent you from using the site or submitting an enquiry.

06How Long We Keep Data

• Enquiries - the website sends them to Telegram for handling. The website code does not configure an enquiry database, an automatic retention period or automatic message deletion. Further retention and deletion in Telegram are not controlled by the website code. Contact the responsible person to ask about the actual period and deletion process.
• Statistics - in anonymized form, according to the retention periods of the relevant analytics services.

07Your Rights

Under Ukrainian law, you have the right to:

• find out what personal data we hold;
• correct inaccurate data;
• request deletion of data;
• withdraw your consent to processing;
• object to processing or restrict it.

To submit a request about your data, email 2vision.fpv@gmail.com. The website code has no automatic mechanism for deleting an enquiry or a Telegram message; the responsible person should confirm how such requests are handled and the response time.

08Data Security

• the website uses a secure HTTPS connection;
• enquiries are sent to the server over an encrypted connection and access is limited;
• service access keys are stored on the server and are never placed in page code.

No internet data transfer can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We take reasonable measures, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Links to Other Websites

The site links to our Telegram, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts. Those platforms’ privacy policies apply after you leave our site; we do not control what data they collect.

10Policy Updates
